Highland Chateau Health + Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Business Office Manager to join our team!
About Us:
At Highland Chateau Health + Rehabilitation Center, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We're currently seeking a motivated and skilled Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will have experience in business office roles, particularly in a long-term care center. As the Business Office Manager you will be responsible for managing the billing for residents (AR, MA, Medicare A, and HMO Payers). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain financial records Verify insurance information Meet with residents/families to discuss financial obligations Assist with gathering of documentation for Medicaid applicants Collection of private and income monies owed to the facility Assist with the insurance authorization process Distribute resident funds Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Other duties as required
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and HMO processes a plus Familiarity with Epic and Point Click Care is a plus but not required Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA guidelines

Hourly $22-$25.00
