What You'll Do Lead with Purpose Provide daily leadership and support to our General Practice Veterinary Technician team by fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Build an Exceptional Team Coach, mentor, and develop technicians through training, feedback, and encouragement while helping new team members successfully onboard and thrive. Champion a Positive Culture Promote an environment built on respect, communication, teamwork, and mutual support. Recognize successes, address challenges constructively, and help create a workplace where people feel connected and valued. Elevate Patient Care Partner with veterinarians to ensure efficient workflows, high-quality nursing care, and an outstanding experience for both patients and clients. Support Operational Excellence Assist with scheduling, workflow management, inventory oversight, protocol implementation, and continuous process improvement to keep the hospital running smoothly. Lead by Example Remain actively involved on the treatment floor, demonstrating strong technical skills while supporting your team especially on demanding days. Inspire Continuous Growth Encourage learning, promote continuing education, and help team members reach their personal and professional goals. What We're Looking For Licensed Veterinary Technician Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for developing others. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
