Patient Advocacy :
Guide patients through treatment plans, educate them on options, and schedule follow-ups.
Treatment Coordination :
Work alongside Doctors to ensure patients complete their prescribed treatments.
Financial Guidance :
Help patients understand insurance benefits and payment options, including third-party financing Including but not limited to claims, insurance eligibility, insurance benefits, speaking with insurance companies.
Patient Experience :
Ensure every patient visit exceeds expectations and resolve any satisfaction concerns.
Operational Excellence :
Monitor office metrics, optimize patient scheduling, and execute improvement strategies.
Leadership & Team Development :
Hire, onboard, and train office team members, fostering a high-performing culture.
Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant facility and uphold preventative maintenance schedules.
Collaboration :
Work closely with Doctors, HR, Clinical, and Marketing teams to drive practice success.

Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in medical office management or dental office management with a focus on pediatric or healthcare settings. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams within a healthcare or dental practice environment. Strong background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control strategies. Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, eClinicalWorks, or Epic; familiarity with managing electronic health records securely in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Knowledge of healthcare policies including JCAHO standards, managed care processes, utilization management, and health regulation policies. Prior experience in medical administrative support roles involving medical records handling and coding practices. Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments such as hospital settings or clinics with acute care components is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership in fast-paced pediatric dental practices.
