Job Description
The St. Louis County Department of Revenue seeks an Office Supervisor to o versee and coordinate the work activities of defined work units in the areas of administrative support, fiscal, clerical and/or general office. The typical starting salary range is between $22.03-$26.44 hourly depending upon the candidate's qualifications as well as budgetary considerations. Supervises work of subordinate staff daily to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and conformity to procedural standards Provides IT support and assistance to Revenue staff as needed Provide desktop support, including troubleshooting minor errors Provide equipment support, including setting up and connecting monitors, printers and other equipment across all Revenue locations Collaborate with external vendors on upgrades and installations Prepare activity reports for management Perform other duties as required or assigned Equivalent to five years of work experience in a general office environment The work rules for the St. Louis County Department of Revenue require all employees, whether they reside in St. Louis County or elsewhere, to remain current in the payment of their personal and real property taxes Possession of a current, valid driver's license Preference may be given to applications with the following: Public sector work experience Ability to provide basic troubleshooting and technical support Supervisory experience
