Job Description

Dental Office Manager Are you a high-energy leader who thrives in fast-paced environments? We are a unique, high-growth Emergency Dental Clinic in Dallas looking for a "kick-ass" Office Manager to be the face of our practice and the engine behind our expansion.
We do things differently here:
No insurance headaches, no phone duty, and no micro-managing. We need an All-Star who can own the floor, manage a stellar team, close treatment plans, and get out into the Dallas community to help us grow.
The Role:
What You'll Be Doing This isn't a "sit and wait" administrative job. You are the conductor of the orchestra.
Treatment Coordinator Extraordinaire :
You'll present treatment plans to patients in pain and help them find ways to say "Yes."
Operational Pilot:
Oversee day-to-day clinic flow, check patients in/out, and process payments with precision.
Team Captain:
Keep the staff on track, motivated, and performing at their best.
Growth Catalyst:
Spend your "out-of-office" time on ground marketing, building local partnerships, and driving new patient volume.
Problem Solver:
Handle the "hiccups" of a busy emergency clinic before they become headaches.
Who You Are A Closer :
You have experience (and a knack for) presenting high-value treatment plans or sales packages.
A People Person :
You can calm a nervous patient and command respect from a busy clinical team.
A Hustler :
You enjoy getting out of the office, shaking hands, and finding creative ways to market a business.
Organized & Tech-Savvy :
You can manage schedules and payments without breaking a sweat.
Dental Experience :
Preferred, but for the right "force of nature," we are willing to train on the clinical specifics. The Schedule 30
Hours:
In-clinic, leading the team and managing patient flow. Friday 12pm-8pm Saturday 8am-8pm Sunday 8am-8pm Flexible Remainder 5-10 hours a week: Conducted out-of-office (marketing, networking, and administrative strategy).
Pay Structure:
Base Salary:
$60,000 per year.
Annual Bonus Potential:
Up to $10,000 in your first year based on clear, achievable growth and performance metrics. Daily Bonus Potential Key Requirements for
Dental Office Managers Leadership :
Training new staff, handling HR duties, monitoring performance, and overseeing
OSHA/HIPAA
compliance.
Operational Excellence:
Maintain 100% compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies through rigorous record-keeping and facility audits.
Financial Stewardship:
Manage the office budget, authorize essential expenses, and oversee payroll distribution with 100% accuracy.
Conflict Resolution:
Act as the primary mediator for patient and staff concerns, converting potential friction into opportunities for improved service.
Brand Growth:
Drive new patient acquisition, using branding positioning.
Facility Management:
Protect practice assets by coordinating proactive maintenance for dental equipment and building systems to prevent costly emergency repairs.

Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00 per year
