Job Description

My World ABA is a play based behavioral treatment program for children with an autism diagnosis. We play to work and work to play. If you have experience with diverse personalities and a knack for working in a creative fun-loving environment, we would like to hear from you. Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and assist with employee orientation Build/maintain a strong effective team environment Maintain employee and clinical records and documentation Ensure timely submission of all clinical data and reports while staying inline with compliance and regulatory requirements Knowledge of confidentiality and information release protocols Track, record, and submit payroll bi-monthly Create, balance, and sustain staff schedules and time off requests Manage employee relations, assist with issues and disciplinary actions to include performance reviews, promotions, and termination Work with district staff to ensure continuity of service across all sites Inventory and track clinic inventory Report weekly, monthly, and annual progress Assist in developing and managing policy and procedure manuals while assuring employee adherence of company policy Participate in staff meetings and training Enjoy yourself…at least a little bit Experience Three to five years of supervisory and administrative experience is preferred Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to lead by example while using positive support techniques Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
