Who We Are:
Petal Animal Clinic has been serving the city of Petal since 1981. With 2 veterinarians and a full support team, we provide everything from wellness/sick care, surgery, boarding, grooming and daycare — all with compassion and expertise.
The Role:
We're looking for a friendly, compassionate, and organized team member to join our Callback / Client Service Team. You'll call clients to schedule and confirm appointments and provide education about preventive care — helping every client feel heard, supported, and cared for.
What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls and for reminders Schedule appointments in Cornerstone software Answer and route incoming calls professionally Educate clients on vaccines, lab testing, and dentistry Document communications and outcomes accurately Work independently and with a team in a supportive environment
Who You Are:
High school diploma; 1+ years in call center or veterinary reception work Empathetic, organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Strong communicator with phone and computer skills Friendly, compassionate, and motivated to make a difference Bonus if
You Have:
Veterinary or healthcare experience Cornerstone veterinary software knowledge
Schedule & Benefits:
