Job Description
What We Offer Novant Health Spine Specialists is seeking a dynamic, full-time Clinic Administrator III to lead operations across our Midtown, Mint Hill, and Fort Mill locations.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, no weekends or holidays This role manages, supervises and coordinates all functions and activities related to the operations of physician practices, complex management responsibility (i.e., billing and collecting), and/or special projects, (i.e. practice start up), as directed by Administration. This is an experienced level practice management position with a high level of complexity. Practice scope is complex for number of providers, staff and revenue with a larger geographical area and possible practices in 2 or more locations. What You'll Do Job responsibilities include: Provide leadership and oversight of daily clinic operations, supervising staff and collaborating with supervisors and neurosurgeons to ensure high-quality patient care. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue optimization to maintain balanced operations. Coordinate clinic operations by implementing policies, ensuring compliance, and maintaining professional standards across all locations. Lead recruitment efforts and personnel management, including hiring, onboarding, and staff development. Drive teamwork and continuous improvement by facilitating communication, monitoring performance, and implementing process enhancements based on feedback.What We're Looking For Education:
Must meet one of the following: Four year Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree with four years of relevant professional experience; or eight years of relevant professional experience, required.Experience:
Five years of leadership experience with two-plus years of practice manager experience, required. Additional Skills (required): Knowledge of health care administration and clinic philosophy and policies and operating procedures. Knowledge of fiscal management systems and techniques. Knowledge of human resource management practices including supervision and staff development. Knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement requirements. Knowledge of computer systems and applications. Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving, decision making. Demonstrates strong leadership skills and develops and maintains skill in organizing work to achieve clinic goals and objectives. Ability to analyze and interpret complex data. Ability to research and prepare comprehensive reports. Ability to monitor quality control standards. Ability to communicate clearly. Why Choose Novant Health?
