Conover Dental is a busy, patient-focused family and general dental practice in Conover, NC, and we're looking for an experienced practice manager to help lead us. What we're looking for: Previous dental office management experience required Strong knowledge of dental scheduling, billing, and insurance Natural leader who can motivate a team and keep things running smoothly Excellent communication skills with patients and staff alike Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-focused What we offer: Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO and paid holidays 401k Monthly bonuses And more!
