Job Summary The Dental Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dental practice while creating an organized, productive, and positive environment for both patients and team members. This position plays an important role in team development, office culture, patient experience, operational performance, and practice growth . You will work closely with doctors, team members, and organizational leadership to identify opportunities, solve challenges, establish goals, and help the practice continue to grow and succeed. For the right individual, this position also offers the opportunity to expand beyond individual office leadership and support additional locations as our organization continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities Lead Daily Office Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day functions of the practice, ensuring efficient patient flow, strong communication, and seamless coordination between clinical and administrative teams. Lead & Develop the

Coach, mentor, and support team members while establishing clear expectations, accountability, and opportunities for professional growth. Create a

Manage Team Scheduling:

Support Treatment Acceptance:
Clearly and confidently present treatment plans, discuss financial options, and help patients overcome barriers to receiving recommended care.
Review Patient Accounts:
Audit patient accounts and records for accuracy and work with the appropriate team members to resolve discrepancies.
Monitor Office Performance:
Track key performance indicators and complete required daily and monthly reporting to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Drive Results:
Partner with doctors and organizational leadership to establish office goals and develop actionable strategies to achieve them.
Problem-Solve & Take Initiative:
Identify challenges, develop solutions, and take ownership of opportunities to improve office operations and the patient experience.
Support Practice Needs:
Remain flexible and willing to step in where needed to support the overall success of the practice.
Provide Regional Support:
