This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in customer service, business management, and veterinary practice operations. As Practice Manager, you will collaborate closely with our management team and veterinary leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our locations. You will play a key role in motivating and developing staff, promoting organizational development and culture, and creating positive employee and client experiences. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-3 years of prior veterinary experience and proven success in managing teams, motivating staff, and promoting professional development. A passion for people, pets, and customer service is essential. Key Responsibilities Effectively lead and inspire staff, cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment and a successful team Support employee growth through meaningful coaching, training, and development initiatives Oversee operational functions including A/R, inventory, and general project management Ensure delivery of exceptional client service and support the Complete Pet Care mission of trusted client education and clinical excellence Partner with hospital leadership to identify opportunities for practice growth and innovation Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of veterinary experience required Strong background in team leadership, customer service, and business management Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment At Complete Pet Care, we believe in providing not only exceptional medical care but also a unique client and employee experience.
