A small but well-established, Dental practice in Wake Forest is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead daily operations and support a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clear leadership and direction to team members, ensuring alignment with company policies and core values Lead daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings to promote communication, efficiency, and accountability Support ongoing staff training and development to enhance performance and professional growth Address and resolve patient and team concerns in a timely, professional manner Oversee staff productivity, scheduling, and daily workflow to optimize patient care Supervise daily closing procedures, including deposits and accurate end-of-month reporting Maintain an effective provider-to-patient ratio to ensure smooth clinical operations Oversee collections, accounts receivable, and expense management to support financial performance Monitor and enhance online reputation, encouraging consistent 5-star patient experiences and reviews Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous dental office management or leadership experience required Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven ability to manage operations, staff performance, and financial metrics High level of professionalism and attention to detail High school
