Job Description
Practice Manager Move.ment Chiropractic and Integrative Wellness Lincoln, NE Job Details Full-time From $25 an hour 16 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Employee discount Retirement plan Qualifications Vendor relationship building Customer communication Task prioritization Full Job Description About Us Movement Chiropractic & Integrative Wellness takes a whole-body approach to health. Our team of doctors and practitioners offers functional medicine, chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage therapy, and counseling to help patients get to the root of what's really going on — not just treat symptoms. We're a close-knit clinic that genuinely cares about our patients and each other, and we're looking for someone who wants to help us run like clockwork. About the Role We're hiring a Practice Manager to be the COO's right hand and the day-to-day engine of the clinic. This is a hands-on, high-trust role for someone with a bright spirit who gets things done without being asked twice. You'll keep operations running smoothly, support and manage our team, and make sure the systems and technology behind the scenes actually work for us — not against us. No prior practice management experience required. We're happy to train the right person. What matters most is your energy, your follow-through, and your comfort with technology. What You'll Do Be the COO's right hand — take ownership of projects and day-to-day priorities, anticipate what needs attention, and collaborate with the team to find solutions to problems. Keep the clinic running — oversee daily operations, scheduling, and workflows across departments (chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, functional medicine, counseling). Support and manage our team — help onboard new hires, coordinate schedules, address day-to-day staff questions and issues, and keep morale high Own our technology — manage our scheduling platform (Jane App) and other clinic software, troubleshoot issues, and train staff on tools; help us find and implement better tech where it makes sense. Solve problems in real time — patients, staff, vendors, insurance, supplies — when something needs fixing, you're the one who jumps in and fixes it. Support front desk and patient experience — step in where needed to make sure patients feel welcomed and taken care of. Handle administrative operations — vendor relationships, ordering supplies, basic reporting, and other duties as they come up. Sell care plans and conduct patient care protocols - discuss functional medicine care plans, oversee the facilitation of plans, follow up with leads and patients on an ongoing basis. Assist with insurance intake and billing and support team with case management. What We're Looking For A bright, positive attitude — you make the workplace better just by being in it A get-it-done mentality — you follow through, you don't let things fall through the cracks, and you don't need to be micromanaged Comfort managing and supporting people — you can have direct conversations, coach when needed, and keep a team functioning well together Strong technology skills — you pick up new software quickly and aren't intimidated by systems like scheduling platforms, EHR, or general office tech Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay calm when the day doesn't go as planned Prior experience in a healthcare, wellness, or customer-facing operations role is a plus, but not required Why Work With Us Direct mentorship and growth working alongside the COO Opportunity to grow into the role and shape how the clinic runs Work that has real impact on people's health and lives
