Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy healthcare practice. This vital role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while maintaining efficient administrative and financial processes. The Practice Manager will oversee staff supervision, compliance with healthcare regulations, and the implementation of practice policies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence, foster a positive team environment, and support the overall growth of the practice. Duties Manage day-to-day operations of the healthcare practice, including patient flow, scheduling, and staff coordination Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations Oversee fiscal management activities such as budgeting, financial reporting, medical billing, and revenue cycle management Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, and local health policies Utilize electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems like Epic, eClinicalWorks) and patient management software to maintain accurate medical records and streamline workflows Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency Coordinate human resources functions including hiring, onboarding, staff scheduling, and conflict resolution Qualifications Proven experience managing a medical or dental office with strong knowledge of healthcare management practices Extensive familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing healthcare teams in clinical settings Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical billing procedures, and health regulation policies such as HIPAA compliance Background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and managed care processes Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment Knowledge of dental office experience or veterinary practice management is a plus Prior experience in acute care or hospital settings is advantageous Ability to navigate healthcare regulations related to JCAHO accreditation standards and utilization management Join us as a Practice Manager to lead with energy and purpose!
