Phelps Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced dental practice manager that has a dynamic personality, strong skills in communication, people management, scheduling, and problem solving, and performance in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities (but not limited to) Oversee daily operation of the dental office Employee relations Manage team productivity, account collections & receivables Manage the team's schedules Supervise schedule for ideal day Complete End of Day processes - reconcile collections, production, adjustments, etc Supervise entire dental insurance processes Front equipment and working with IT vendor Control and payment of office invoices and maintenance Handling Doctor insurance policies and memberships Collaborate with the dentist and other team members to uphold high standards of patient care and service excellence. Coordinate billing and insurance processing, including claims submission and payment reconciliation. Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records, managing inventory, and ordering supplies. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience as an office manager or similar role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and vendors. Proficiency in dental office software and Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance protocols is preferred. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Leadership qualities with a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork
