Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator to lead our Orthodontic practice with enthusiasm and precision. This pivotal role combines administrative leadership, team supervision, and patient engagement to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in office management, dental practice operations, and team supervision, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Your expertise will help streamline office workflows, manage financial processes, and uphold compliance standards while fostering a positive team culture. Join us to make a meaningful impact on patients' oral health and overall experience! We work a 4 day week M-Th from 8-5. Duties Supervise administrative staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and workflow optimization Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with dentists and hygienists to ensure clarity and patient understanding Manage patient management software system (Ortho2) for accurate recordkeeping and billing Handle financial management tasks including billing, insurance claims, budgeting, and dental billing processes to maximize revenue flow Ensure medical records are maintained securely and accurately in accordance with HIPAA policies and legal requirements Facilitate communication between patients and clinical staff to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction Implement practice management strategies that improve efficiency while maintaining high standards of care and compliance Lead human resources functions such as hiring staff, managing team dynamics, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture Experience Proven experience in medical office management within a dental or healthcare setting with supervisory responsibilities Extensive knowledge of dental practice management software, Ortho2 preferred Strong background in insurance claims, financial reporting, billing procedures—and healthcare compliance regulations such as HIPAA standards Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards Excellent managerial communication skills combined with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and general healthcare practices is a plus Join us to lead our orthodontic practice into a future of excellence! Pay:
$32.00 - $36.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 34.0 per week
