Our current Manager is retiring after many years here. Our office is equipped with advanced technology, a longterm team and we focus on delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for someone with experience for this role. Monday-Friday 8-5. Position has salary plus bonus opportunity.
This role includes:
Overseeing all non-clinical day to day operations Support Treatment Coordinators & Front Office staff when needed Oversee insurance verification, billing, claims processing, accounts receivable and collections. Conduct daily huddles & regular team meetings to promote communication and alignment Optimizing scheduling and provider production Monitor operational expenses Ensuring exceptional patient care and resolving patient concerns professionally Ensure compliance with HIPPA, OSHA and infection control Maintain consistent office policies, procedures & documentation Maintain an office culture of accountability, professionalism, collaboration and continuous improvement Recruit, onboard, train exceptional team members (when needed) our longterm staff love it here Partner with Doctor to achieve growth and operational goals (analyzing reports) All applications must go through Indeed portal no phone calls or email to the office. Must have 3+ years of Dental Office Management experience for this role
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
