Job Description

Ready to make an impact? Join our team as Office Manager and help create a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace. As a front-facing representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, visitors, staff, volunteers, and community partners while supporting daily operations that advance our mission. We are seeking a dependable, compassionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a difference every day. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day office operations, including reception, phone and email communications, scheduling, mail processing, office supplies, records management, and correspondence Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information and referrals for housing, food assistance, transportation, healthcare, utility support, and other community resources Prepare and distribute agency information packets and outreach materials Coordinate agency meetings, events, and community activities Maintain complete, accurate/ timely program documentation and records Support volunteer recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, engagement, and recordkeeping Assist with increasing community awareness of agency programs and services Coordinate donation drives, support fundraising activities, and assist with the receipt and distribution of donated goods and resources Provide compassionate and professional customer service while advocating appropriately for clients and connecting individuals with relevant services Support the Administration Team and Board of Directors by preparing materials for quarterly board meetings, recording meeting minutes, and maintaining board records Safeguard confidential information and ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures Contribute to a welcoming, respectful, collaborative, and mission-driven work environment Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Three years' experience in office administration, nonprofit or office management Microsoft Office Proficiency and the ability to learn agency systems and databases Excellent written & verbal communication, organization, and customer service Sound judgment, attention to detail, reliability, discretion, ability to manage competing priorities through completion
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9am-4pm (in person, not remote)
Language:

Pay:
$22.50 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
