Job Description

Hiring a full time medical office manager, managing day to day operations of a traditional medical office and help with back office work at multiple office locations. Must have experience. Salary will be shared in interview. More details on work will be given in interview. Practice has multiple offices in Elizabeth and Princeton. Need someone to overlook multiple offices.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a medical office or practice
  • Manage and coordinate staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and manage the financial aspects of the practice, including billing, insurance claims, and budgeting
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care and optimal workflow
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in medical office or practice management
  • Strong knowledge of managed care systems and insurance billing processes
  • Proficient in using practice management software
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
