Dental Office Manager - Leadership Role in a Patient-Focused Private Practice A busy, privately owned PPO dental practice in Madson , NJ is seeking an knowledgeable experienced, hardworking, and business-savvy Dental Office Manager to lead our team. We are a patient-oriented office that values professionalism, empathy, and efficiency — and we are looking for someone who embodies those qualities while driving practice growth. We need a leader who not only excels in business operations but also ensures the highest level of patient care and delivers an exceptional patient experience every single day. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 2 years of recent dental office manager experience A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and long-term commitment A proven track record of team leadership , training, and staff development Strong understanding of scheduling , dental insurance , billing, claims, and AR Experience with scheduling , treatment planning and boosting case acceptance Excellent communication skills and excution skills Ability to build systems, streamline workflow, and support office growth Solution oriented and have a high standard for herself Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth office workflow and reach monthly goals Lead, supervise, and develop administrative team members Maintain a patient-first experience at every visit Manage treatment plan presentations and financial arrangements Oversee billing, insurance, and collections with accuracy Monitor KPIs and collaborate with leadership on practice goals Strengthen office culture with professionalism, positivity, and consistency Support the long-term growth and success of the practice
Compensation Base Salary:
$70,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)
Performance Bonus System:
tied to office overall revenue and growth Long-term opportunity for additional responsibilities and advancement

$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
