Seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor Hourly Range - $22.00/hour-$28.00/hour VCA Morris Plains Animal Hospital is seeking a highly experienced Veterinary Technician, Credentialed a plus but not required, to join our leadership team as Technician/Assistant Supervisor. The successful candidate will be a believer in the possibilities of high quality veterinary medicine and patient care—with the expertise and technical know-how to make them happen. This is a working supervisory position which is responsible for the leadership and of the Veterinary Technician/Assistant Staff. In addition to all Veterinary Technician responsibilities, duties will include, but are not limited to: Implementing department policies and procedures. Scheduling staff and conducting team meetings. Enforcing and education on charge captures. Accurately handling and recording controlled drugs. Record keeping. Marketing. Facility maintenance. Coaching team Members. Working closely with Leadership to brainstorm solutions and progress. Marinating a positive, solution oriented, can do attitude. Strong people skills are required.
