Responsibilities Supervise daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and record management Oversee financial management tasks such as budgeting, medical billing, and fiscal oversight to ensure practice profitability Manage human resources functions, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, and state health policies Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records), EHR (Electronic Health Records), Dentrix to maintain accurate medical records and streamline workflows Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient care delivery and facilitate effective communication among team members Monitor clinic inventory, supplies procurement, and equipment maintenance to support smooth operations Qualifications Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare practice management within a dental or medical setting Strong supervisory skills with experience managing teams in healthcare environments Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance and health policy standards Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Dentrix; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is essential Background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and medical billing processes Excellent managerial communication skills to motivate staff and ensure high-quality customer service Prior experience with dental office operations or clinic experience is highly preferred Ability to handle acute care situations and manage healthcare staff effectively in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership fuels the success of a vibrant dental practice!
