We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator / Assistant Office Manager to join our team.
Location:
Ridgefield Park, NJ Benefits For Full Time Employment Health Insurance, Bonus Pay, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401(K) and more! Responsibilities Preparing charts, review the chart, organize daily meetings Address patient's concern Follow-up on patients Offer solutions to the concerns Review the treatment plans set by the dentist Collect information related to the oral problem to the patient Carry out form filling procedures with the new patients Help the dentist with the treatment plans Check on patients after the initial treatment Mail necessary materials to new patients Front Desk / Receptionist responsibilities Skills Minimum 2 Years Proven experience as an Patient Treatment Coordinator. Strong front desk candidates will be considered. Dental Industry experience required Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements Bilingual in Spanish and English required Salary is commensurate with experience; starting at $20 / hr
