Privately owned — not a large dental corporation Supportive, team-oriented work environment Philosophy of mentorship, training, and professional growth We invest in helping our team members improve and expand their skills Modern office with cutting-edge dental technology and procedures Respectful team of professionals who make coming to work enjoyable Opportunity to gain experience in both clinical and administrative aspects of dentistry Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, staff schedules, and office compliance Manage billing and insurance claims Train and supervise office staff Spend time getting to know patients and learning about their specific dental needs and goals Support patients throughout the treatment process and welcome new patients Conduct a preliminary overview of the patient and relay information to the dentist prior to the clinical exam Work with the dentist to organize a comprehensive treatment plan based on the evaluation Set follow-up consultations to present treatment plans, determine insurance calculations, discuss financial options, and answer patient questions Discuss treatment plans and financial options with patients Schedule appointments and coordinate with the clinical team Verify insurance coverage and assist with claims Provide a welcoming, positive experience for patients Address concerns and build strong patient relationships Qualifications Experience with Open Dental Expertise in billing and verification of insurance Knowledge of ADA codes and dental procedures Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to create and maintain productive scheduling Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures Schedule Tuesday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Pay:
From $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week
