Base Salary:
$52,000- $65,000 (based on experience)
Performance Bonuses:
$10,000- $20,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus:

- Lead daily office operations and elevate the patient experience
- Drive performance, scheduling efficiency, and retention goals
- Recruit, coach, and develop front and back office teams
- Partner with HR on hiring, compliance, and employee relations
- Oversee reporting, budgeting, and supply management

- Strong leadership presence and accountability mindset
- Ability to manage teams and improve operational performance
- Weekend availability as needed
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
