The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cardiology office management, both front and back office operations, and the ability to oversee multiple office locations. This role is critical in ensuring that our practice operates efficiently and provides the highest quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the cardiology offices, including front and back office functions. Manage and coordinate staff activities to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Implement and manage office policies and procedures. Handle patient complaints and resolve issues promptly. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and financial reporting. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care and office operations. Oversee scheduling, billing, and administrative processes. Manage multiple office locations effectively. Ensure the offices are well-maintained and properly equipped.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cardiology practice management role. Strong knowledge of front and back office operations in a cardiology setting. Proven experience in managing multiple office locations. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
