A Leadership Role Built on Impact, Communication, and Operational Excellence About This Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Practice Manager to be the operational heart of our hospital. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll drive daily operations, build strong client relationships, lead and develop staff, and work directly with our Managing Doctor to ensure excellence across all departments. What You'll Do Client Relationships & Communication Be the trusted liaison between clients and hospital leadership—addressing concerns with professionalism, responsiveness, and a commitment to service excellence. Build lasting relationships that strengthen client loyalty. Operations & Facilities Management Oversee daily hospital operations, including facility maintenance, supply chain management, inventory control, and compliance standards. Ensure every department runs smoothly and efficiently. People Leadership Directly supervise and develop staff, manage training and compliance, handle personnel matters with fairness and discretion, and foster a culture of inclusion and support across the organization. Financial Oversight Monitor pricing compliance, manage accounts receivable, oversee deposits, and provide timely financial reports to leadership. Strategic Priorities Prioritize effectively across competing demands, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and respond with agility to urgent matters while maintaining organized systems and high-quality outputs.
