The team member must be:
Extremely friendly Present themselves professionally Exude confidence Be a positive influence and a team player Be extremely organized Be able to work in busy environment Able to accept constructive criticism The requirements + duties: Dental experience [2 years or more] Knowledge of EagleSoft dental software is a preferred but not a deal breaker Oversee and manage all office[s] personnel, protocols, and procedures, so that the office[s] run smoothly and efficiently Have a good understanding of patient health care benefits/insurances Be proficient in applying of all payments from insurance companies Manage all office[s] statistics Coordinate treatment and scheduling Schedule financial arrangements Budget[s]: Monitor and control inventory and expenses of office[s]
Accounts Receivable:
Monitor billing of office[s] Supervise and assign tasks to clinical personnel during available down-times Work, train and/or motivate staff to be patient centered Plan office events Benefits Competitive wage Bonuses Benefits available to full time members after 3 months A great, modern work environment.
