Experienced Dental Office Coordinator Wanted for Established, Patient-Focused Family Dental Practice Our well-established, busy family dental practice has been serving the community for 57 years, and we are looking to add a welcoming, organized, and multi-tasking dental office coordinator to our team. Position:
Full-time Team Support:
Collaboration with dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and other front desk staff.
Skills Needed:
Seeking a candidate experienced in dental insurance verification and breakdowns, sending insurance claims, processing insurance payments, reviewing and explaining patient balances and ledgers, and proficient in Dentrix software
Work Environment:
Friendly, fun, and professional staff and loyal patient base, with a focus on long-term relationships and high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
General front desk tasks, including greeting patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering phones, verifying dental insurance eligibility and coverage, collecting payments, and handling patient intake. Specialized tasks, including paying office bills, processing payroll, ordering supplies, scheduling temps, and coordinating day-to-day office needs (training for these tasks can be provided). Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment.
Pay:
From $32.00 per hour
