• Internal Medicine This is a full time 40 hour work week exempt position from 8AM
• 6PM located at 30 South Highland Street, Ossining, NY and 35 South Riverside Avenue, Croton-on-Hudson, NY locations.

Must be willing to travel to both locations when needed. As a Practice Manager, you will help mentor, inspire and engage staff. You will be responsible for daily operations, practice leadership, and setting short-term and long-term goals for the Primary Care practice. Manage practice registration; scheduling, visit closing, billing/collection and clinical information processes and systems are functioning effectively and on a timely basis. Ensure effective operations in accordance with established NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group (NYPMG) procedures. Determines work schedules, including holiday and vacation time. Cultivates teamwork with a high level of communication amongst staff. Work closely with Directors to implement workflows to improve patient access and patient satisfaction. Coordinate activities, tools, etc. with other office and hospital departments/practices and service groups, as necessary. Maintain practice standards and adhere to quality goals and other performance criteria including budget to actual volumes. Preserve a safe environment including office procedures to sustain a high level of patient and staff safety. Performs all duties inherent to managerial role. Participates in hiring, training, evaluation and termination of assigned staff according to NYPMG policies and procedures. Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
