Regional Dental Manager (NYC & Long Island)

Position Type:

Full-Time (Monday - Saturday) About the Role We are seeking a results-driven, operational Regional Dental Manager to oversee daily practice operations, drive clinical efficiency, and uphold our core culture and operational systems across our New York City and Long Island locations. In this role, you will work directly on site across our practices, taking ownership of practice growth, team development, and benchmark performance. Key Responsibilities Daily Operations:

Be physically in-office to lead, mentor, and oversee daily administrative and operational workflows across assigned NYC and Long Island practices.

Culture & Systems Alignment:

Ensure all practice teams rigorously adhere to company systems, protocols, and cultural standards.

Practice Growth & KPIs:

Direct responsibility for driving practice revenue, patient retention, case acceptance, and achieving established benchmark metrics.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage office staff to ensure high-performance execution and exceptional patient care.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor daily/weekly practice data to spot operational bottlenecks and implement immediate solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of direct experience as a Dental Manager required (multi-site/regional experience preferred).

Location & Mobility:

Ability to travel regularly between practice locations in New York City and Long Island .

Availability:

Must be fully willing and available to work Monday through Saturday .

Presence:

100% in-office leadership presence across practice locations (not a remote or hybrid role).

Track Record:

Proven history of meeting or exceeding practice performance benchmarks and financial KPIs.

Skills:

Strong understanding of dental software, billing protocols, schedule optimization, and team management. Pay:

$69,475.41 - $77,647.80 per year
