This includes the supervision and task assignment of two full-time secretaries, coordinating office operations with clinical staff & the Physician Care Coordinator, overseeing a centralized intake & scheduling system for all therapists, managing the clinic reception window & waiting area, overseeing co-pay collections and bi-monthly billing, overseeing Medicaid transportation services for all clients, managing office supplies, providing good problem-solving & customer service for both patients and staff, and coordinating services with co-workers from departments throughout the hospital.

Other requirements:
At least 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare office setting, and at least 1 year in a supervisory/office manager capacity Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with electronic health records High School diploma required; Associates or Bachelor degree preferred Additional language fluency is a plusPay:
