Overview:
We're looking for a high-performing Dental Office Manager to lead our team and drive practice success. This is an opportunity for a proven leader who thrives on building strong teams, creating exceptional patient experiences, and delivering outstanding operational results. As the leader of our practice, you'll play a key role in coaching and developing team members, optimizing schedules, improving production and collections, and ensuring every patient receives five-star care from start to finish. Compensation:
$65,000-75,000 annually, based on experience Schedule Full-time Monday - Friday Benefits Quarterly performance bonus opportunities Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) options Occasional team lunches Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience managing operations in a dental practice Strong knowledge of scheduling, treatment planning, insurance verification, claims processing, and patient collections Experience leading and developing front office and clinical team members Proven ability to monitor and improve production, collections, accounts receivable, and schedule efficiency Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Curve, Fuse, etc.) Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance, patient relations, and customer service best practices Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive patient experience The ability to do responsibilities highlighted in internal Office Manager training materials includes production, collections, AR oversight, schedule management, and operational accountability INDHROM00
