About Our Practice NY Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is a warm, welcoming, state-of-the-art practice dedicated to creating positive dental experiences for children, teens, young adults, and their families. We provide both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, and our team takes pride in making every patient and parent feel comfortable and cared for. Our practice also has extensive experience caring for children with special needs and medically complex patients. We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who can help us continue to build an exceptional team and maintain the high level of service our patients have come to expect. What You'll Do As our Office Manager, you will play a key role in the daily success of the practice. You'll work closely with the doctors and team to ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on patient care.
Responsibilities will include:
Leading, supporting, and motivating the dental team Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice Creating an exceptional experience for patients and their families Managing schedules, workflow, and office efficiency Supporting front-office operations and patient flow Monitoring practice performance and helping achieve operational goals Assisting with team training, accountability, and development Addressing patient concerns professionally and effectively Working closely with doctors and staff to maintain a positive office culture Helping ensure the practice remains organized, productive, and patient-focused Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who: Has previous dental office management experience Understands the unique needs of a pediatric dental environment Is an excellent communicator and natural leader Is highly organized and able to multitask Has a positive, upbeat personality Can confidently lead a team while remaining approachable Is comfortable working with children and their parents Takes ownership and follows through Understands that creating a great patient experience is just as important as running an efficient office Wants to become a long-term, valued member of a strong dental team Why You'll Love This Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a practice that genuinely cares about its patients and its team. Compensation & Schedule Salary:
$65,000-$75,000 based on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday and Thursday until 5:30
PM Benefits:
