Job Description

Our modern dental practice is seeking to add a talented front dental office administrator to our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced, motivated, professional team player with excellent communication skills. Our office is committed to excellence in patient care and superior service. Located in Tuckahoe NY, our practice is conveniently close to the Metro North train station and the Bronx River Parkway.
Dental Office Administrator Skills:
Maintaining a full schedule and follow up with patients with unbooked appointments Competency with dental front desk work Checking patients in and out for their appointments Answer patient calls, emails, and text messages in a timely manner. Verifying insurance eligibility and entering into patient's chart Dental Billing and Claims Managing referrals to and from specialty providers Reactivating of overdue patients Clerical duties such as mailing statements, maintaining patient communication postcards postcards, filing paperwork. General tasks as needed, such as making patient giveaway bags or maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the waiting room.
Dental Office Administrator Qualifications:
Candidate must have at least 2 years of dental administation/ dental front desk experience . Ability to project a positive, warm, and professional image in person and on the phone Strong organizational and administrative skills
