About Us Pediatric Dentistry of Valley Stream is searching for an exceptional Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our thriving pediatric and orthodontic practice. production, collections, payroll, and expenses Handle escalated patient concerns with professionalism and empathy Train staff on new systems, policies, and performance goals Motivate staff through recognition, coaching, and performance development Supervise insurance verification, benefit reviews, and patient financing Collaborate with HR on staff development, coaching, and performance feedback Success in this role means: Exceptional patient satisfaction Strong employee engagement and retention Meeting production and collection goals Efficient scheduling and provider utilization Continuous operational improvement Qualifications Minimum 4 years of dental experience Minimum 2 years of dental leadership or office management experience Pediatric dental experience strongly preferred Orthodontic experience highly preferred Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, scheduling, and treatment coordination Experience with Dentrix, or similar practice management software Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent required College degree or advanced certifications preferred Must be able to commute to Valley Stream, NY Why Join Us?
