Duties Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, multi-line phone systems, and calendar scheduling for small projects Coordinate vendor management activities, including contract negotiations, service quality assessments, and procurement of company supplies and equipment Supervise staff, providing training, development opportunities, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team Manage bookkeeping and financial tasks using Yardi Systems Genesis 2 or similar accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring Handle human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting payroll processing Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions to promote team engagement and professional growth Maintain accurate filing systems, medical office management records (if applicable), and ensure compliance with organizational policies Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities Strong proficiency in Yardi or comparable accounting software for bookkeeping and payroll tasks Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally across multi-line systems Demonstrated expertise in scheduling management, calendar coordination, Outlook, Teams and event planning Knowledge of vendor management processes and contract negotiations Experience with human resources functions including onboarding, employee relations, and training & development Familiarity with medical office management or healthcare-related administrative procedures (preferred) Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in filing, record keeping, and office procedures Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Business Office Manager to lead our team with enthusiasm and precision!
