Job Description

A growing dental organization is seeking an experienced Regional Dental Manager to oversee and support multiple dental offices throughout Northeast Ohio. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on developing Office Managers, improving office performance, and ensuring consistent operational standards across locations. What You'll Do Oversee and support multiple dental offices and Office Managers Coach, develop, and hold Office Managers accountable for performance Monitor key metrics including production, collections, scheduling, staffing, and profitability Identify operational issues and proactively implement solutions Partner with leadership and HR on staffing, employee relations, and performance concerns Support recruiting, training, retention, and employee development Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable regulations Conduct regular visits to assigned offices and provide ongoing follow-up What We're Looking For Experience in dental practice management or multi-location healthcare operations Ability to coach managers and hold teams accountable Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proactive, solutions-oriented leadership style Ability to travel between assigned Northeast Ohio locations This is a confidential search. Pay:
$68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
