Job Description

Job Summary We're looking for a friendly, highly organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager to help build our dental practice. We have an awesome team already in place. The ideal candidate has strong administrative and time-management skills, enjoys supporting a team, and takes pride in creating an efficient and welcoming office environment. We are a family-owned and operated private practice. At least two years of dental office management experience is required. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative tasks. Submit insurance claims, send monthly statements, and manage aging accounts. Maintain organized filing systems so documents and records are easy to access. Complete data-entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Provide clerical support, including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing office supplies. Serve as the primary point of contact for phone inquiries while providing friendly, professional service. Help ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a positive, professional office environment. Qualifications At least two years of dental office management experience. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Excellent time-management and prioritization skills. Accurate and efficient data-entry skills. Strong clerical, proofreading, and document-preparation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
