Classification Title:

Vet Client Services Supervisor Classification Minimum Requirements Associates degree and two years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute an equivalent rate for the required experience. The University of Florida Veterinary Hospital at the World Equestrian Center provides Small Animal Primary Care and Emergency services, as well as Equine Sports Medicine, Rehabilitation, and Diagnostic Imaging services. This role offers a unique opportunity to support both equine and small animal clients while helping shape the client experience in a growing and collaborative veterinary environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a passion for customer service, team development, and operational excellence. This position requires a professional and composed individual who can effectively manage a variety of situations, provide coaching and guidance to team members, address escalated client concerns, and work collaboratively with hospital leadership to continuously improve service delivery. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Why work for UF? Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree and two years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Expected Salary:

$20 - 26 /hour Preferred

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and terminology
  • Knowledge of the equipment and materials used and their availability and applications. Ability to operate a computer and utilize office suite software such as excel
  • Experience with staff scheduling
  • Demonstrate consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and other members of the patient care team
  • Critical thinking skills and a positive attitude
