Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and workflow Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, billing, and fiscal management to optimize revenue and control costs Oversee human resources functions including staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and team development in compliance with healthcare staff management standards Lead and support the dental and dental office team Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency Monitor production, collections, and office performance Lead quality improvement initiatives by monitoring clinic performance metrics and implementing best practices for healthcare practice management Ensure compliance with office policies and dental regulations Assist with team development, training and accountability Collaborate with the doctor and team to achieve practice goals Support patient communication and exceptional customer service Skills We are looking for a

5+ Years of dental experience
