Job Description
We are looking for an Office Manager to support a busy medical office. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who can bring structure, professionalism, and steady coordination to daily operations in a fast-moving healthcare environment. The role works closely with leadership and staff to keep administrative processes organized, responsive, and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Direct day-to-day office activities to ensure administrative operations run smoothly and consistently
- Coordinate ordering, tracking, and upkeep of office supplies and workplace resources to support uninterrupted operations
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and program information with strong attention to accuracy and confidentiality
- Prepare routine reports and update operational data for leadership review and program support
- Assist managers with calendar coordination, task follow-up, and shifting priorities across the office
- Evaluate existing workflows and recommend practical improvements that increase efficiency and service quality
- Partner with team members across the medical setting to support organized and effective program execution
- Contribute to special assignments and provide front-desk or receptionist support as needed
