Know Your Team:
Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising and participating in the daily operations of the practice. Assigns and schedules work duties and provides orientation and training to personnel. Monitors and oversees work activities. Maintains medical and office supplies and is responsible for the operational budget. Identifies and recommends improvements in work procedures. Perform as primary liaison between administration, physicians and outside organizations/vendors to coordinate business practices, accomplish directives, and identify and facilitate the resolution of problems within general business operations and the delivery of patient care. Consistently promote good customer service and effective working relationships, both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED Preferred Job Requirements 1-3 Years of Practice Management / Clinic experience
