Dental office management experience Magnuson Dental is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator to lead our growing dental practice across two locations in Eugene and Harrisburg. This is a key leadership role with immediate impact, as we prepare for continued expansion and transition from our current office manager. About Our Practice Two established and growing locations in Eugene and Harrisburg Team includes 3 assistants, 3 hygienists, and 2 front desk team members , with expansion underway Committed to a supportive, efficient, and enjoyable work environment Growth-focused practice with increasing patient demand and team development Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily operations across both locations Lead scheduling, patient flow, and overall office efficiency Manage billing, manage collections, insurance claims, and revenue cycle (Eaglesoft experience preferred) Supervise and support front office and clinical team coordination Play an active role in hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team development Ensure excellent patient communication and experience Identify and implement systems to improve workflow, productivity, and team satisfaction
Requirements Mandatory:
Dental office management experience Strong knowledge of dental billing, insurance processes, and scheduling systems Experience with Eaglesoft or similar practice management software Proven leadership experience, including staff supervision and performance management Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster a positive team culture Schedule & Compensation Full-time, 5 days per week (this is not a reduced schedule position) Typical hours: 7:00 AM•5:00 PM or 8:00 AM•5:00
