This is done Monday through Friday on-site by overseeing clinic operations and supervising non-provider staff. Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Attending to the day-to-day management of the clinics, including resolving patient and staff complaints in a professional and timely manner Ensuring offices are staffed appropriately and providers schedules are optimized Hiring, onboarding, monitoring, and completing timely performance evaluations of staff. Manage staff OT and PTO requests Monthly meetings with staff and management Plan for/manage annual budget with Profit Loss Statement, KPI reports Enforce practice policies and procedures with coaching,verbal/written warnings when indicated, Performance Improvement Plans, and terminations when appropriate Ensure staff is adequately trained and cross trained when appropriate Manage supplies including inventory and ordering Interface with billing team/front desk to obtain optimal clinic revenue Prep routine bank deposits Ensure vendor contracts are up to date Monitor Google/other reviews Ensure compliance with employment laws and healthcare regulations Review timecards, including PTO, to ensure accurate payroll processing Support clinic by filling in as needed Benefits include medical insurance, matching 401k, FSA, generous PTO, and paid holidays. Two years of supervisory experience in a medical setting required.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
