Regional Manager - Dental Operations New York & Pennsylvania Are you a passionate leader who thrives on developing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional patient experiences? We're seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple dental practices throughout New York and Pennsylvania . This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting practice leaders, improving performance, and helping teams succeed. If you have multi-site management experience in a dental or medical environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead and support multiple dental practices across the NY/PA region. Coach and mentor Practice Managers to achieve operational and financial goals. Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve practice performance. Partner with doctors and office leadership to enhance patient satisfaction and team engagement. Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing office leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and optimize patient care. Analyze financial reports, budgets, and operational metrics to drive business decisions. Travel regularly between supported practices. What We're Looking For 3+ years of multi-site leadership experience preferred. Previous experience in dental is ideal, but we welcome candidates from healthcare also. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Proven ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable analyzing financial and operational data. Willingness to travel throughout New York and Pennsylvania.
