Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dental Office Manager to oversee daily operations within a busy dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, comprehensive knowledge of dental office management, and proficiency with dental software system, Denticon. This role requires a professional with a positive attitude and background in dental office management, fiscal oversight, and excellent communication abilities to ensure smooth clinic functioning, compliance with HIPAA regulations, and exceptional patient care support. Responsibilities Manage daily operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination Oversee financial management tasks such as billing, coding, and insurance claims processing Supervise administrative staff and support personnel to ensure efficient office workflow Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations Utilize Denticon software system for documentation and data management Implement practice policies related to medical records, billing, and patient confidentiality Coordinate human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development Monitor office performance metrics and implement process improvements for quality assurance Support clinical staff with administrative tasks related to patient care Manage vendor relationships and oversee supply inventory to maintain operational efficiency This position offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic dental team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care while ensuring operational excellence.

$21.00 - $28.00 per hour
