Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized co-office manager to work 4 to 5 days per week. Our office is a small family practice looking to expand from three operatories to five operatories. We are moving our office to a nearby location in New Brighton and are excited to be able to grow our team and patient base. We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications to share duties with 2 other administrative team members: 3 to 5 years experience working in the dental field Proficient in Dentrix Knowledge of dental codes and procedures Ability to verify insurance benefits, calculate patient copays, deductibles, and out of pocket estimates based on fee schedules and insurance maximums Ability to prepare and track preauthorizations Ability to answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently with the help of other staff members We are looking for a candidate with the experience, motivation, and energy, to help our office keep its small, "private office feel" we know our patients love, while helping it grow in the best way possible.
