Job Description

We are a fast-paced, modern dental practice with offices located in the greater Pittsburgh area with a unique approach to dental care. Many people are unsure of their dental health and we have a process that helps them see their situation and choices so they can be happy, comfortable, confident and proud of their teeth! We provide cosmetic, general, restorative and dental procedures for our patients, including Ceric same-day restorations, bridges, implants, dentures, root canals, extractions, composite restorations, veneers, Invisalign and full-mouth cosmetic cases.
Major Responsibilities includes:
Manages Doctor and Hygiene schedule Responsible for New Patient onboarding Supports in patient financing education Ensures direct pod and practice meets its financial production and collection goals, as well as the practices overhead costs are inline with the goals set in each of the expense areas of the practice Collaborates with Billing and Insurance Team to ensure the Accounts Receivables of the practice and Insurance Management are considered inline with practice financial goals Coaches and supports other direct pod and practice team members to ensure they are successful in meeting their goals/objectives and results that are outlined in their respective job descriptions Collaborates with their Doctors on patient treatment planning and presentations. Ensures and monitors patient satisfaction to ensure an "extraordinary experience" and their experience as a whole Participates as a leader and takes initiative in creating the foundation on which the organization can grow. Continues to expand one self's dental knowledge.

Dental Office exp. required Front Office exp. required Open Dental exp. preferred The ability to collect money up front in a fee for service atmosphere Knowledge of how to follow-up on and schedule outstanding treatment Ability to coordinate and lead both the administrative & clinical teams Excellent multi-tasking skills to thrive in an exciting, fast-paced environment Qualifications Medical administrative support Medical scheduling Medical receptionist Medical office experience Medical records Clerical experience Office experience
