Header Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator to lead our dental practice with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily office operations, coordinate patient treatment plans, and ensure an exceptional patient experience. Your leadership will drive efficiency, compliance, and team collaboration, fostering a welcoming environment where patients feel cared for and valued. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your healthcare management expertise to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced dental setting. Header Responsibilities Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction. Coordinate treatment planning by explaining procedures, financial options, and post-treatment care clearly to patients. Supervise dental office staff, including front desk personnel, dental assistants, and hygienists, ensuring effective team communication and performance. Oversee medical billing, coding, and insurance claims processing using systems like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks to ensure accurate financial management. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, health policies, and safety standards while managing medical records and electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems). Monitor practice finances through budgeting, fiscal management, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth. Facilitate human resources functions such as staff training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution to foster a positive work environment. Header Skills Extensive experience in dental office management with proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix. Strong knowledge of healthcare practice management including medical billing, coding, and insurance processes. Proven supervisory skills with the ability to manage teams effectively within a healthcare setting. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes. Effective managerial communication skills combined with customer service excellence to enhance patient relations. Experience in budgeting, fiscal management, managed care policies, and healthcare staff supervision. Acute care or critical care experience is a plus for understanding complex patient needs within the practice.
